— A Note from the Editors —

Respect for Every Creator

Her Golf Outfit respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998. If you believe content on our website infringes your copyright, this page outlines how to submit a takedown notice — and exactly how we respond.

— Section I —

Our Commitment to Copyright

As an editorial fashion publication, we work hard to credit photographers, brands, and creators properly. We use original photography, licensed stock imagery, and brand‑supplied images with permission. If we ever inadvertently use content without proper authorization, we want to make it right — quickly, respectfully, and without friction.

— Section II —

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on our site without permission, your DMCA notice must include the following six elements.

I.Your contact information — full name, mailing address, email, and phone number.

II.Description of the copyrighted work — clearly identify the work you claim has been infringed (a specific photograph, article, or graphic).

III.URL of the infringing content — the exact link(s) on our website where the alleged infringement appears.

IV.Good‑faith statement — confirming you believe the use of the material is not authorized by you, your agent, or the law.

V.Accuracy statement under penalty of perjury — confirming the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

VI.Physical or electronic signature — your signature, or that of your authorized representative.
